| Enrolment and liability deadline

If you are an international student, you must finalise your enrolment 14 days before each study period starts.
This is also the deadline for international students to withdraw from a subject without financial penalties (i.e., avoiding charges for the cost of the subject/s). You can change class times or swap subjects up until the Enrolment Change deadline, but you can’t reduce your number of subjects after this date. If you do, you will be charged the full fees. Remember – you must study full time. |

For trimesters, this is the end of week 2. For shorter terms, this is the end of week 1. |
| Census date
(Domestic students) |
This is the deadline for domestic students to withdraw from a subject without financial or academic penalty.
For trimesters, this is the end of week 3. For shorter terms, this is during week 2. If you are a domestic student, and you withdraw from a subject by this date, you will not have to pay the subject tuition fees, and the subject will not appear on your transcript. Subject withdrawals after this date will not result in a refund. |

If you withdraw from a subject by this date, you will still have to pay the fees, but you won’t receive a Fail grade. Instead, your transcript will show “Withdrawn Not Fail”. |
