The government has given an opportunity to students who have completed the fourth form to change combination in system portal so,  It is your responsibility as student to enter into  the system and change your comb and choose what you want.

HOW TO INTER INTO THE SELFORM SYSTEM AND CHANGE COMBINATION

When you are on the internet, open your browser (for example, Chrome), type the following address selform.tamisemi.go.tz to get a window to fill in your registration information as shown below. Click the lowest menu labeled For Candidates, Click here to Register if it is the first time for a user.

1. Then, fill in the relevant information of the Index Number in the format of Example S0101.0020.2018, Answer the question that will be asked, Surname and Year of birth as shown below.
2. Then a window will open asking you to fill in the Password that you will use all the time. The following window will open;
   Once you have written the Password, the system will appear in this chapter to show that you have successfully changed the Password;
   Once you have changed the password, you will use it to log in again by writing the username for example S0101.0002.2018 and the password you changed.

2. PART A: STUDENT’S PERSONAL INFORMATION

Once you have entered the system, the following window will open and only the circled fields will allow you to change personal information. When you’re done filling out, click Save and Next below to continue.

3. PART B1: STUDENT GENERAL CHOICES

Click in this section to continue changing your information preferences.

4. PART B2: ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS

Click to enter this area to continue to change your information on Sectoral college options. When finished click SAVE & NEXT.

PART C1: FORM V STUDENT DETAILED CHOICES

Click to enter this area to continue changing your form V school choice information and its specifics: NOTE – The student will only see possible combinations with the school due to the success of his results for the purpose of changing. When finished click SAVE & NEXT or Save & Go Back.

6. PART C2: TECHNICAL EDUCATION

Click to enter this area to continue changing your information about Technical Colleges and their Specializations: NOTE– The student must have passed the PCM Specialization in his results to change this area. When finished click SAVE & NEXT or Save & Go Back.

7. PART C3: HEALTH EDUCATION
Click to enter this area to continue changing your information about the Colleges of Health and its specialties. When finished click SAVE & NEXT or Save & Go Back.

PART C4: DIPLOMA EDUCATION
